You can assign defects to a particular item of machinery, select a priority, allocate it to an individual, schedule it for a specific day, change the current status, add detailed information in the comments section to track the progress of an on-going issue and add related attachments.

Counters for machinery operation
The Counter page has both a graphical and tabular view to track number of running hours for each item of machinery over a specified period. This time period can be fully configured, as per the clients requirements and enables them to plan maintenance activities in advance before limits are reached.

The Maintenance Log page gives the user a comprehensive, component-wise list of completed maintenances routines & defects.
PMS e-Forms
e-Forms contained within the PMS system enable such things as engine measurements to be transmitted between the vessel and the office in an easy and secure manner without the need for scanning and emailing attachments.
